A Message from Joe Sibio, Senior Manager of LIS

For more than 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of being part of LIS and helping shape what the company is today. From the beginning, my vision has been simple but unwavering: to build a staffing organization grounded in the highest business standards, driven by integrity, accountability, and a genuine commitment to our clients.

LIS was founded on the belief that staffing is about more than filling roles. It’s about building lasting partnerships. Technology and business needs evolve quickly, and organizations require reliable, knowledgeable talent they can trust. Our focus has always been on understanding our clients’ goals, anticipating challenges, and delivering skilled professionals who make an immediate and lasting impact.

Throughout our growth, customer support has remained at the core of everything we do. We take pride in being responsive, transparent, and hands on — ensuring both our clients and our consultants feel supported at every stage of the engagement. Outside of work, I’m a proud husband, father, and grandfather which keeps life full and rewarding. When I’m not working, I enjoy playing tennis, pickleball and traveling, which gives me the opportunity to recharge and gain new perspectives.
